Telethon Interview
In June of 2020 Affirmations LGBTQ+ Community Center in Ferndale, MI hosted a virtual telethon to help support the center during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was honored to share the special role the Center played in my life when I was navigating what it meant to be HIV+. As a queer person, coming out is never a one-time event. It's an ongoing process of vulnerability and strength. By sharing stories like these, we grow by knowing and affirming ourselves and help make the world a little safer for others to do the same.
